Album Art by Gordo

Hey y’all. The album design by Sir Gordo Ricke (my brother and exactly one-half of The Ricke Brothers singer/songwriter duo) for the physical version of the new album is almost done.

Before long, I will have some of his posters (both for gigs and some other really great Texas events) for sale at this site. Gordo studied at the Texas Art Institute in Houston and has been a musician, writer, artist, semi-professional Barbeque chef in the Austin area for many years. Don’t challenge him to a “sing-off” of Chris Isaaks “Wicked Game.” You will lose!

If you look closely at the album info, you will see the Gordo sings high, higher, and highest harmony on many of the songs (and shares lead vocal with me on some others). A true ArtistE, with a capital E.
